Responsibilities

  • Oversee Onboarding Processes – Lead onboarding with a proactive approach, ensuring seamless execution of pre-employment tasks and orientation
  • Manage and scale People Operations Help Desk – Develop and optimize the People Help Desk, ensuring timely responses and proactive issue resolution
  • Administer People Documentation – Oversee customization and secure filing of people-related documents, anticipating compliance and documentation needs
  • Contribute to HRIS Implementation – Support HRIS implementation (Workday), ensuring system alignment with business needs and addressing potential challenges
  • Support People Team Programs – Coordinate and support people programs, anticipating needs and ensuring successful execution across COEs
  • Manage Employee Changes – Oversee bulk employee changes in HRIS, providing proactive support for smooth, efficient adjustments
  • Contribute to Analytics - Support People dashboards, quarterly attrition memo, and People Business Review metrics
  • Support the build out and implementation of the shared services model for the People team
  • Support HR systems and policies, including compensation management, appraisal, and global mobility
  • Partner closely with the people team and cross-functional stakeholders to implement and continuously refine people operational processes and services with a focus on scalability, simplicity, and employee experience
  • Maintain existing people operations process documents and recommend improvements
  • Leverage people technology tools to create automations and efficiencies in day-to-day processes
