Requirements

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end responsibility for specific client events in the lifecycle of the equity and deferred plan administration as well as day-to-day plan and data maintenance on the administration platform EquatePlus for assigned corporate client relationships and processes
  • Main responsibility is providing the Service Delivery for all client which includes participant request via ticket and e-Mail, participant communications and many other processes
  • Ensuring quality of operational and technical services within the Compliance and Risk framework
  • Analysing clients’ plans and development of comprehensive solutions in close cooperation with all relevant internal and external stakeholders in order to setup system configuration and underlying processes (under professional supervision and advise of an experienced Senior Global Plan Manager)
  • Contribute to various projects assigned by management
  • Escalate observed irregularities to direct superiors
  • Cooperate fully during internal and external audits
