Responsibilities

  • Define, implement and govern global process standards for the business partner master data maintenance
  • Drive continuous business partner data maintenance process improvements
  • Management of the teams in the Shared Service Centers (SSCs) in 3 locations: Belgrade, Cebu and Costa Rica
  • Goals setting for the SSC locations; weekly, monthly & yearly performance monitoring and review with the SSC Team Leads
  • SSC Trainings, performance management and resource planning based on the company strategy or different projects requirements
  • Standardizing reports for the performance measurement of the SSCs
  • Provide Working instructions to the Team Leads for each task performed by the SSC teams and regular updates of those, in line with the master data system new releases
