Responsibilities

  • Partners closely with People Business Partners (PBPs) and business stakeholders to embed Arcadis Way of Talent Management (AWTM) through identifying, mapping, and calibrating talent across the organization, paying attention to game changer and leadership potential key talents.
  • Works with PBPs to ensure diversity and inclusion considerations are integrated into talent identification and calibration processes.
  • Maintains the Talent Database, including liaison with Talent Management Business Partners, PBPs and Affinity Group contact points. In this capacity champions our diversity, inclusion and belonging goals from a talent management perspective.
  • Assists with the preparation of analysis and reporting on ad-hoc and recurring monthly, quarterly, or annual quarterly reports demonstrate the position of TM initiatives within the GBAs or Enabling functions or to support.
  • Supports the delivery of key talent management programs, including Leadership Discovery, where the role holder will be required to present and facilitate virtual sessions with large audiences.
  • Supports talent management and talent acquisition bridging activities, specifically focusing on talent acceleration roles and assignments, internal appointments, rotational opportunities and talent pooling. Is able to work in the capacity of recruiter for such roles, in collaboration with the Global functions Talent Acquisition team; this includes running end-to-end recruitment processes when needed.
  • Is a “go to” person within the Talent Management team for Oracle Recruit Cloud.
  • Works with the other data tools and systems that inform talent management records and Talent database, e.g., CruncHR, HCM, Your Voice etc. Is familiar with the tools and how we can use them to support the COE activities.
  • Supports the Talent Management projects and processes in ensuring visibility, availability, mobility, and readiness of talent pipeline, facilitating cross-area talent moves and rotations.
  • May serve as a Project Manager for Talent & Leadership COE and/or Global People team programs, such as the Global Sponsorship Program.
  • The role holder is also an Impact Circle facilitator and 360 Feedback Coach.
