Responsibilities

  • Maximisation of commercial results of the project
  • Procurement of Sub-Contractors
  • Financial Control of Sub-Contractors
  • Delivery of monthly financial reports to forecast net margin & activity utilising the company tools, procedures & rules
  • Liaison and collaboration with the construction and design teams in all aspects of contractual activities
  • The Graduate Assistant Quantity Surveyor will be enrolled onto our graduate programme which is a two-year structured training scheme. The programme is designed to enhance and develop soft skills and technical capability through a blend of classroom based learning and on the job training.
  • We will provide you with the support and mechanisms to build a successful career, including support with chartership.
