Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field
  • Design portfolio (print and web) showcasing a strong eye for design and conceptual thinking skills
  • 1-2 years of work experience; previous experience working in a corporate or professional services environment industrial placement or post graduate required.
  • Advanced knowledge of design and software, including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Google Slides
  • Highly skilled with every step of the design process from concept to the final deliverable
  • Comfortable working in the realm of branding, corporate identity systems, and identity application
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven environment
  • Highly organized with an acute attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Acting as an AlphaSights brand guardian; leveraging, defining, and evolving our brand and design systems to achieve an effective, consistent, and cohesive brand experience across multiple surfaces and touchpoints
  • Contributing to the shared library of brand resources including guidelines, photography, icons, etc.
  • Contributing to brainstorming sessions and weekly design feedback sessions
  • Creating engaging one-pagers, brochures, & other collateral
  • Creating impactful graphics and general content for social media posts
  • Designing striking on-brand Google Slides presentations
  • Ideating and designing occasional infographics to showcase data reports & presentations

  • First Round Interview - 30-45 minute virtual call with the Talent Acquisition Team
  • Second Round Interview - Skill based round with a Client Service Manager
  • Final Round Interview - conducted by a member senior member of the Client Service Team
