  • Produce artwork that will effectively communicate and achieve desired goals based on client’s marketing objectives.
  • Take direction from the Director of Design & Production and Sr. Graphic Designer, as well as other team members from creative and account teams.
  • Responsible for all mechanical art details (file set to specs, formats, color seps, color proofs, file uploads). Assist in creative design work when needed.
  • Manage a wide variety of projects/demands at one time with quality execution and on time delivery.
  • Work well independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and visually. Detail oriented.
  • Participate in weekly status meetings and brainstorm sessions by contributing/generating ideas/concepts to meet client’s objectives and strategies.
  • Ensures accuracy by understanding and applying the brand guidelines, having all artwork proofread internally and following internal creative processes and acquiring necessary approvals.
  • Proven understanding of industry – processes (print, etc.) and technology.
  • Other duties as assigned.
