  • Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environments, make appropriate recommendations to Management and implement process changes.
  • Maintain statutory books, including registers of members, directors, officers, shareholders and UBOs, resolutions of shareholders and directors for all NMC entities.
  • Ensure timely upkeep, update and maintenance of NMC corporate records.
  • Act as a principal point of contact with regulatory bodies and external advisors on matters relating to corporate compliance and other matters including maintenance and renewal of trade licenses and powers of attorney.
  • Keep abreast of changes in legislation and the regulatory environment that affect the healthcare sector and NMC.
