Responsibilities

  • Receives requests, instructions, or information pertaining to all aspects of the Permit Application Payment Process for Inspectional Services.
  • Investigates reconciliation records, payment files, and other information resources to obtain necessary information for any requested reports.
  • Classifies information according to office procedures.
  • Transfers and posts information to records.
  • Sends, routes, and relays forms, materials, and information.
  • Maintains files, filing, and typing of forms, memos, letters, and other materials.
  • Processes forms, checking them for accuracy and completeness.
  • Answers and places telephone calls. Gives information to the general public.
  • Performs related work as required.
