Responsibilities

  • Contribute experience and insight into Sillion’s strategic direction and offering, especially around our consulting proposition.
  • Lead and grow client relationships, establishing a trusted advisor status with senior stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals with account leads, generate new leads, and actively contribute to business development and revenue growth.
  • Provide senior oversight of multiple projects across their lifecycle, ensuring account teams deliver high-quality outcomes to clients, on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with our in-house modelling team to analyse sustainability data and provide actionable insights for clients.
  • Understand and advocate for the interests of business stakeholders in internal prioritisation discussions regarding the strategic direction of our proprietary modelling tool.
  • Perform line management duties, including conducting performance reviews, setting goals, and providing mentorship and career development guidance to consulting team members.
  • Actively demonstrate thought leadership through co-authoring position papers, presenting at webinars and participating at leading forums. Ideally developing a personal brand in addition to promoting Sillion’s brand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to innovate and enhance our service offerings, ensuring alignment with market trends and client needs.
