Responsibilities

  • Lead quarterly outlook and monthly financial income statement and cash flow forecast processes, resulting in added visibility, a clear understanding of business trends and overall financial outlook, and meeting accuracy targets.
  • Drive the financial long-range planning (LRP) and annual budgeting processes to achieve the overall company strategy, partnering with key stakeholders across FP&A, Operations and Corporate strategy.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses with the ability to summarize and present findings clearly to executive leadership team members.
  • Partner with Finance Transformation, Business Technology (IT), and Data & Insights on systems/tools roadmaps, process improvements, reporting and analytics, and automation opportunities to prioritize and improve forecasting, planning, reporting, and other vital areas to scale the function and organization.
  • Be a strategic financial partner to the CFO, FP&A Leadership, and IR Leadership.
  • Partner with the Accounting, Tax, Treasury and Accounting Operations organizations on the close and earnings release processes.
  • Lead corporate FP&A team of 15 based in the US and India, with a heavy emphasis on coaching and managing for performance, career development, and attracting and retaining talent.
