What is the primary responsibility of the Head of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging for North America?
The primary responsibility is to shape and lead a comprehensive DEI&B strategy to attract, engage, develop, and retain a diverse and talented workforce, while driving a culture of inclusion and wellbeing across the organization.
What qualifications are required for this position?
A minimum of 10 years experience leading DEI&B programs, a Bachelor and/or Master degree in a related field, and people leadership experience are required.
What types of initiatives will the Head of DEI&B oversee?
The Head of DEI&B will oversee initiatives including retention and development of diverse talent, training and learning opportunities, recruitment strategies, corporate initiatives, and community engagement.
Is prior experience in the consumer goods sector preferred?
Yes, experience in the consumer goods sector and working in an international company is preferred.
What kind of leadership team will the Head of DEI&B be working with?
The Head of DEI&B will partner and lead the North America Executive Leadership Team and HR Leadership Team on all matters related to DEI&B.
What is the pay range for this position?
The pay range for this position is $210,600 to $421,200.
Are there any bonus or incentive opportunities associated with this position?
Yes, this position is bonus eligible and also qualifies for Long-Term Incentive (LTI) programs.
