Responsibilities

  • - The Head of Finance and Administration reports to the Executive Director, with a dotted reporting line to the university’s VP of Operations and Deputy CFO, and works in partnership with other leadership at the Wexner Center for the Arts to plan and execute productive, brand-right operational and administrative support strategies and plans for the center's programmatic and visitor-facing business functions, while leading financial operations and both short and long-term strategic budgetary planning.
  • - The Head of Finance and Administration serves as the Center’s Senior Fiscal Officer (SFO) and is responsible for the oversight, strategic forecasting, and maintenance of established and future financial operations of the Wexner Center for the Arts.
  • - Other responsibilities include designing policies, overseeing customer service in all areas of WCA, and implementing technology solutions that affect WCA operations.
  • - The Head of Finance and Administration is a member of the WCA’s Executive Management Team, actively participating in shaping the organization’s vision and mission while managing and leading the financial portfolio, operations, and key departments at the center.

  • - Position serves as lead point of contact on annual audit and review engagements, both for the Center as well as the Wexner Center Foundation, an independent 501c3 support organization.
