The primary responsibility of the Head of Fund Risk is to assess financial risks of Amundi funds/mandates and report/advise to Senior Management and the Board of Directors on the appropriate financial risk appetite for products developed and monitored under their responsibility.

The Head of Fund Risk is a key contributor to the implementation of Amundi’s Risk Management framework within AIL, ensuring that financial and operational activities do not expose the organization and clients to potential losses beyond their risk tolerance levels.
What qualifications are preferred for this role?
Preferred qualifications include 8+ years’ experience in the risk management field, ideally from an Asset Management background, experience interacting with senior management and Boards, knowledge of financial services operations, proficiency in MS Excel, familiarity with CP86 requirements, and a Bachelor Degree or equivalent. FRM or CFA qualifications are also advantageous.
