Responsibilities

  • Konzeptionierung, Einführung, Weiterentwicklung und kontinuierliche Durchführung eines Controllings der Strategieimplementierung entsprechend Anforderungen des Vorstands in Kooperation mit der MED Gruppenfunktion Consolidation & Accounting und dem Management der SBUs. Damit Ausüben einer wichtigen Unterstützungsfunktion für den MED-Vorstand bzw. für das Challenging der SBUs. Laufendes Monitoring sowie Identifizieren von Diskussions- und Handlungsbedarfen für den Vorstand im Hinblick auf Strategische Initiativen und das Erreichen der Mittelfristziele des Segments MED.
  • Laufendes Finanzperformance-Controlling des Segments MED (WER) sowie der SBUs und Business Segments (BSs). Auf- und Ausbau eines effektiven Gruppen-Finanzperformance-Controllings. Kontinuierliches Monitoring sowie Identifizieren von Diskussions- und Handlungsbedarfen für den Vorstand im Hinblick auf die laufende Finanzperformance unter Herstellen von Verbindungen zum Controlling der strategischen SBUs/BSs in einer integrierten Betrachtungsweise. iii) Im Rahmen der Aufgaben selbstständige, verantwortliche Entwicklung von Handlungsempfehlungen und Erarbeitung von Beschlussvorlagen für den Vorstand. Präsentation und Diskussion der Empfehlungen im Rahmen von Vorstandssitzungen.
  • Erarbeitung der Planungen (Mittelfrist- und Budgetplanung) und Forecasts (RFC) in enger Abstimmung mit Group Consolidation & Accounting. Organisation und Durchführung des Prozesses gemeinsam mit SBU Controlling unter Berücksichtigung aller erforderlichen internen Abstimmungen und Einhaltung der Terminvorgaben.
  • Ansprechpartner für Fragen des ZEISS-Konzerncontrollings: Bearbeitung aller Abfragen und Informationsbedürfnisse seitens des Konzern-Controllings. Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Controllingfachkonzepten und -prozessen mit MED-weitem Geltungsbereich (z.B. integrierter Planungsprozess).
  • Inhaltliche und organisatorische Weiterentwicklung des Funktionskostencontrollings als wesentlicher Beitrag zur Schaffung von Transparenz über alle Funktionskosten der MED WER. Perspektivisch umfasst dies auch die Integration von CoCe (Competence Center) Controlling Aufgaben mit dem Ziel, hier Effizienzpotenziale über Standortgrenzen hinweg zu heben.
  • Konzeptionierung und Einführung von Digitalisierung und Automatisierung in Controlling und Finanzfunktionen als Werthebel zu erhöhter Produktivität und Effizienz im Finanzbereich.
  • Leitung und Durchführung oder Unterstützung von Projekten (z.B. Resilience, M&A, PMI, …) im Aufgabenbereich Group Controlling, in der Regel mit segmentweiter Relevanz.
  • Führung: Führen, Motivieren, Beurteilen, Kontrollieren und Entwickeln von unterstellten, auch senioren Mitarbeitern entsprechend den Führungsgrundsätzen des Unternehmens. Sicherstellen der erforderlichen Mitarbeiter-Qualifikation. Entwickeln von Lösungen und Umsetzen von Maßnahmen zur effizienten Gestaltung der Aufbau- und Ablauforganisation im Verantwortungsbereich.
