Responsibilities

  • You will:
  • Lead investigations as part of a rapid reaction task force for ad hoc compliance issues
  • Assess, prioritize, and execute complex compliance investigations
  • Collaborate with Regions/Global Lines/other entities on delegated investigations
  • Provide expert guidance to Compliance Officers at all levels
  • Monitor, follow-up, and escalate issues to ensure resolution and compliance, while sharing insights from lessons learned
  • Develop and implement governance frameworks for effective investigation processes
  • Review and update policies on internal investigations and whistleblowing, ensuring alignment with industry standards
  • Provide guidance on governance issues related to internal investigations and whistleblowing to enhance organizational integrity
  • Ensure accurate global use of the Compliance Case Management Tool (CCMT)
  • Present detailed reports and presentations on compliance investigations to senior management
  • Analyze case data and CCMT usage to identify trends and provide strategic insights
  • Contribute to Sustainability reports and audits
  • Fulfil obligations under the Integrity Committee Terms of Reference and prepare reports and minutes
