Responsibilities

  • Ensure that our strategy for sourcing, aggregating, distributing, and governing Investment data adequately that meets the broad requirements of the end-to-end investment management process
  • Partner with project and development teams to ensure solutions align with our investment data strategy
  • Drive tangible business value through the delivery and adoption of data governance practices including accountability model, data quality measurement, data catalog, and data consumer engagement
  • Partner with teams across the organization by applying investment knowledge and other technical skills to help address data issues and implement data ecosystem enhancements
  • Play a leading role in the design and implementation of MassMutual’s target operating model for Investment Operations
  • Provide investment portfolio reporting and analysis for the Portfolio Management team, MassMutual’s business and corporate units, the Investment Committee of the Board of Directors, and external rating agencies
  • Advance the interests of the department by serving in working groups outside of Investment Management when appropriate
  • Oversee Investment Management’s budget for market data and technology suppliers
