Responsibilities

  • Managing Infrastructure & Networking: Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, ensuring reliable network performance, stable cloud and on-premise environments, effective backups, and disaster recovery plans. Ensure all systems adhere to cybersecurity best practices in collaboration with the security team.
  • Leading Service Management: Manage the Service Desk team, ensuring prompt handling of incidents and requests, adherence to SLAs, and continuous improvement through ITIL-based processes. Analyse service performance and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
