Responsibilities

  • Assess and identify the company's training needs, maintaining a consistent culture regarding training, and managing and directing employee and customer training
  • Implement digital tools to reach customers and internal stakeholders 24/7 and on demand
  • Lead the transformation from a purely product focused training to solution and workflow selling training which focuses on customer needs and ambitions as well as patient journey and customer workflows
  • Identify the global training needs through targeted GAP analysis and deriving training initiatives and KPIs that will serve these crucial business requirements
  • Define the structure and rollout of training programs on a worldwide scale while keeping the business objectives in mind
  • Lead project teams to design concentrated and solid training and learning pathways for our employees in Sales, Application, Marketing, Service, Customer Admin functions, and customers around the globe
  • Set up critical global and regional competencies for training teams, whether internal or external
  • Collaborate closely concerning application support with the Business Sectors, the Sales and Service organizations, the training departments for service technicians as well as external partners (e.g. physicians)
