Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Hyundai Motor Europe’s (HME) strategic and tactical approaches to product PR activities across Europe.
  • Define positioning, messaging and activity plans for Hyundai products building consensus with all stakeholders and ensuring alignment in all markets.
  • Lead and inspire the team to cultivate a forward-thinking, positive, and highly productive culture that drives ongoing success and innovation.
  • Ensure PR assets are prepared and shared for Hyundai products, including press releases, press kit material, Q&As, briefings, speeches and visuals.
  • Coordinate planning and messaging with Corporate and Brand Communication.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize PR efforts, targeting key customer groups and expanding to new audiences, ensuring alignment with product profiles and Hyundai Motor Europe’s overall PR strategy.
  • Lead and optimize PR performance across Europe through the development of robust reporting framework, ensuring clear and effective internal communication with management. Collaborate with local markets to assess performance, identify improvement opportunities, and boost Hyundai’s share of voice and positive media coverage.
  • Encourage and support the creation of impactful, locally driven PR activities and collaborative projects that align seamlessly with Hyundai’s European PR strategy, enhancing overall brand visibility.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across Europe, including media representatives and agency partners, ensuring effective PR engagement, especially during events and key campaigns.
  • Continuously monitor the latest PR trends and assess their potential impact on Hyundai’s future communication strategy, adapting tactics to maintain relevance and competitive advantage.
