&lt;p&gt;Reporting to the Head of People Growth, the &lt;strong&gt;Leadership Development Manager (m/w/d)&lt;/strong&gt; will implement leadership development programs at an European scale.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;In this role, you will manage delivery of training courses or programs, engaging, advising, and guiding learners across a dozen of subsidiaries and evaluating the achievement of intended learning outcomes. You will enhance the design and delivery of assessment programs to ensure career development standards are effective utilized across all European stakeholders. Specifically, engage with several regional leaders to drive and sustain such leadership community. Further, plan recognition events and activation of business impact use cases for certified leaders. That could be task force assignment or mentoring of others.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Consult &amp;amp; support selected leaders / assessment program participants / top talents with individual development goals &amp;amp; follow-up. For example, design/align assessment programs to effectively support career planning, succession planning and role readiness utilizing regional job role and success profile database. Also, focus on digitalizing talent assessment by maximizing use of talent data from assessment programs, creating clear outcomes/development feedback for training participants.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Receive strategic goal and success criteria from heads of departments towards leadership development &amp;amp; assessment goals. Then, independently work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and execute annual business plan.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Act and communicate on regional level to gather buy-in, support and define action / tactical goals.
