 <p>The Head of Service Design is a key leadership position within the Strategic Change team.</p>
 <p>It is responsible for building and embedding the practice of service design at UCL, ensuring that we put users needs at the centre of our thinking.</p>
 <p>Engaging, strategic, and influential, you will design a set of high-volume services used across the university. Acting as a trusted partner to Deans, Directors, and Functional Leads, you will focus on building a portfolio to support new strategic objectives and improve professional services.</p>
 <p>We are happy to consider applications to work on a part-time, flexible and job share basis wherever possible (minimum 0.5 FTE – equivalent of 2.5 days per week, stated salary to be pro-rata).</p>
 <p>This role is eligible for hybrid working with a minimum of 20% on site.</p>
