  • Building and embedding the practice of service design at UCL, ensuring that we put users needs at the centre of our thinking.
  • Designing a set of high-volume services used across the university.
  • Acting as a trusted partner to Deans, Directors, and Functional Leads.
  • Focusing on building a portfolio to support new strategic objectives and improve professional services.
  • Ensuring effective engagement with all stakeholders across the university.
  • Developing and launching services in a large and complex organisation.
  • Being adept at transformation and change management.
  • Managing key communications that go alongside transformation and change management.
