Responsibilities

  • To be a confident, autonomous practitioner who takes responsibility for the care they give to patients but also take responsibility for supporting the work of others in the team
  • To plan, deliver and evaluate interventions for treatment as clinically appropriate using evidence-based models. Co-ordinating multi-disciplinary clinical practice to provide focused and integrated care and treatment programmes/packages.
  • To ensure processes/protocols are in place and followed for effective assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of care for those children with physical, mental health and substance misuse problems.
  • To safeguard vulnerable patients in line with Trust and Oasis Restore safeguarding children policy, and support other team members with safeguarding concerns.
