Responsibilities

  • Post holders will receive enhanced rates of pay for any unsocial hours worked (evenings/weekends/bank holidays)
  • Our staff have a key clinical role within a well-established multidisciplinary team, and as a Healthcare Assistant your role will be to support in the delivery of high quality, compassionate care to our patients.
  • The post holder will undertake a range of duties to participate in the delivery of care through involvement in assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. This includes assisting with all activities of daily living, addressing the physical and mental health care needs of patients, while promoting individual health and wellbeing
