What is the role of a Healthcare Assistant in the theatres?
The Healthcare Assistant will work as part of a team alongside clinical staff to ensure the efficient running of the theatres, as well as rotating between different theatre specialities.
What are the shift requirements for this position?
The role requires coverage of a range of shifts, including late shifts, on-call, weekends, and rotational twilight duty.
Will training be provided for new hires?
Yes, training will be provided as appropriate, including the requirement to complete the Trust Care Certificate within 4 months of appointment.
