  • Ability to perform job duties efficiently and effectively up to a 48-hour work week.

  • - Dismantles and reassembles equipment, using Technical Manuals (TM).
  • - Inspects, repairs, and replaces components, engines, transmissions, and sub-assemblies.
  • - Identifies parts in repair manuals and places order request for needed parts.
  • - Performs scheduled services on equipment fleet.
  • - Performs road test on vehicles after repairs and services have been completed.
  • - Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.
  • - Performs other duties as assigned.
  • - Maintain a daily timesheet and daily manning report and ensuring times are accurate.
  • - All APS-2 contractor mechanics are expected to provide their own basic mechanics tool set.
