A minimum of 2 years’ experience in managing Hedge Fund and/or Private Equity credit risk at a major financial institution is required.
Is knowledge of derivative instruments necessary for this role?
Yes, product knowledge of all major derivative instruments and Prime Brokerage products/services is essential, along with an understanding of their respective risk characteristics.
What type of documentation should the candidate be familiar with?
The candidate should be familiar with master trading documentation, including ISDA, GMRA, F&O, and Prime Brokerage Agreements.
