Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and execute production plan for all Hot Market Events as assigned. This includes managing vendor relationships, event planning, providing regular updates to cross-functional partners, determining production schedules and capacity, and maintaining communication with printers to ensure production rate is 100%+ to plan.
  • Execute Hot Market events in winning market cities as applicable, which includes managing inbound/outbound operations in a warehouse setting, coordinating a team of 10+ workers, and communicating updates to management and cross-functional partners as needed.
  • Process post-production invoicing and reconciliation in accordance with Fanatics SLA. This involves full accounting of inventory and proof of delivery to ensure sales revenues properly match with its respective expenses to safeguard assets.
  • Manage relationships with screen printers throughout the country.
  • Travel to markets to create and develop relationships with vendors to enable growth strategies. This position will play a critical role in assisting with locating, recruiting, and evaluating printers prior to production.
  • Oversee contractor compliance with company policies and procedures by providing education on policies and following-up with contractor for acceptance and compliance.
  • Train and work closely with Hot Market and cross-functional teammates to ensure successful execution of all events.
  • Work with cross-functional partners daily from Allocations, Inventory Planning, Retail Services, Traffic, etc.
  • Maintain updated Vendor Related information for all current partners.
  • Drive continuous improvement projects through after-action reviews of each Hot Market.
  • Fulfill all other tasks assigned to the standard communicated by leadership.
