Responsibilities

  • Erledigung der administrativen Aufgaben im Rahmen des Mitarbeiterlebenszyklus vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt (z.B. Betriebsratsanhörung, Arbeitsverträge, Versetzungsschreiben, Kündigungsbestätigung, etc.).
  • Erledigung sonstiger Korrespondenz z.B. Arbeitsbescheinigung oder Elternzeitbestätigung.
  • Pflege der Personalstammdaten in der hausinternen Datenbank (MyHR).
  • Terminüberwachung (z.B. befristete Anstellungsverhältnisse, Probezeiten, Arbeitnehmerüberlassungsverträge, etc.).
  • Anfertigung von Arbeitszeugnissen in Zusammenarbeit mit der jeweiligen Führungskraft und Koordination von Checklisten und Einarbeitungsplänen.
  • Pflege der Personalakten und Ablage.
  • Unterstützung bei abteilungsinternen Projekten (z.B. Gesundheitstage, Onboardings etc.) und Bereitstellung von Personalkennzahlen.
  • Erstellung von Reports und Berichten und Präsentationen aus vorgegebenen HR-Daten und Durchführung grundlegender Analysen im Verantwortungsbereich.
  • Unterstützung bei der Koordination für interne Audits, z. B. das Sammeln von Informationen zur Unterstützung von Qualitätsaudits wie ISO, IATF oder HSE.
  • Administrative Unterstützung des People Support Teams und Managers.
