Responsibilities

  • Assist daily with a variety of essential HR related tasks in the areas of Recruitment, Benefits/Payroll, and/or Professional Development/D&I
  • Tasks include, but are not limited to, interview scheduling, onboarding, spreadsheets maintenance, report compilations, research and other ad hoc support to the immediate team
  • Provide timely responses to requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Escalation point for administrative queries from the HR Administrators
  • Work effectively as part of a team while also owning independent work for specific tasks and projects
  • Drive process improvement by identifying areas of improvement/development
  • Manage key processes for the team as required
  • Understand the role of the team and how this fits into the wider business.
