  • Provides advice and counsel to managers and team members to resolve employee related questions or issues.

  • Possesses solid understanding of employment law and ability to provide HR generalist support to managers on effective use of HR related systems as well as performance management issues ensuring compliance with local, state and federal laws.
  • Guides internal customers through key processes related to compensation, benefits, performance management and organization development programs.
  • Understands and incorporates organizational values and objectives and employee needs to achieve optimum performance.
  • In collaboration with senior leaders, provides advice, assistance, and follow up on company policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Coordinates and executes the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.
  • Executes special projects or other related responsibilities based on the needs of the organization.
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
  • Works closely with management and team members to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
  • Provides guidance and input on workforce planning and succession planning.
