Responsibilities

  • Work closely with HR Director and wider global HR team deploying the global HR strategy and delivering on new innovative initiatives and projects.
  • Develop HR strategies that support the achievement of departmental and broader business goals to include but not limited to, workforce planning, performance management, organisational development and talent engagement.
  • Act as first point of contact for employees and managers for all HR related matters.
  • Ownership for operational activities associated with all stages of the employee life cycle.
  • Drive Diversity & Inclusion through career mapping, talent development, succession management and recommendations of talent for growth opportunities.
  • Positively collaborate and partner with TA and L&D Manager to support departmental resource planning and employee development, respectively.
  • Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, optimize employee engagement, increase productivity, and drive retention.
  • Provides day-to-day performance management and legislative guidance to line management (e.g. coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).
  • Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies.
  • Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as required.
  • All other duties as assigned.
