Responsibilities

  • Partner with the HRBP Director to develop and implement integrated people plans, ensuring alignment with organizational strategies and goals for assigned business units.
  • Take full ownership of at least one leader/team, serving as their primary HR point of contact and strategic advisor.
  • Influence leaders to accelerate business priorities through talent management, inclusion and diversity, rewards/recognition, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Coach and counsel leaders to cultivate effective leadership practices that empower teams and drive success.
  • Collaborate with the HRBP Director to plan and promote strategies addressing talent gaps and needs, continuously improving talent priorities.
  • Use data-driven insights to influence leadership decisions, improve talent outcomes, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Champion change management best practices during organizational transitions.
  • Anticipate and respond to changing business needs, serving as a change advocate on company-wide strategies and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with leaders to design organizational structures that fuel long-term success within assigned client groups.
  • Work closely with the HRBP Director to leverage the expertise of Cox's Centers of Excellence (COEs) in developing innovative talent solutions.
