Responsibilities

  • Attract, Recruit and Retain key talents in accordance to business needs keeping in mind the importance of both hard and soft skills, culture fit and ensuring a culture of diversity and inclusion.
  • Create and maintain talent pools in order to maintain a pro-active approach in terms of recruitment
  • Organize and lead group recruitment sessions alongside hiring Managers
  • Partner with Managers in order to advise on the recruitment process and the decision making process in order to ensure we are hiring the best talent in the correct roles
  • Identify internal talent, supporting internal mobilities locally and internationally
  • Collaborate closely with our Managers and with our People Development Lead in order to formulate the yearly Training plan for employees
  • Laise with our Managers to support with building individual performance plans for specific employee cases
  • Encourage the development of our teams through various HR processes such as Induction, Missions and Mobility
  • Ensuring that the employee appraisal calendar is followed and deadlines are met by Managers. Follow up on appraisal results.
  • Be the first point of contact for the teams and the managers within your population on all HR generalist topics
  • Coordinate with the HR Administration team for topics such as offer and contract preparation, letter preparation, HR induction for new joiners and probation follow up
  • Take a leading role on all HR processes (Annual Compensation Review process, Training plans, Development plans, performance reviews…)
  • In close collaboration with the HR Retail Manager, participate actively on the implementation of global HR & retail HR projects
  • Regularly discuss and share initiatives and take the lead on local projects concerning HR topics for the Boutiques
