Responsibilities

  • Be an effective sparring partner for team leads on all things related to people including team growth and development
  • Continuously coach leaders at all levels, to develop themselves and their teams by partnering regularly on how to increase their teams' impact as we continue to grow and scale, while maintaining the Adyen Formula and culture
  • Facilitate talent planning that produces actionable strategies, including plans for talent acquisition, team development and growth of future leaders in alignment with business plans and priorities
  • Strong experience with Workday processes as an HRBP. Understanding of how to use data to tell a story in order to ensure action from the business
  • Challenge manager's thinking when necessary and collaborate with them to make decisions that benefit the entire business
  • Support all Adyeners to help them grow and thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.
  • Guide managers to apply our core values in their day-to-day decisions
  • Foster an environment rich in diversity, equity and inclusion
  • Partner with the HR Innovations and Employee Relations teams to get things done in a timely manner and provide our employees a seamless experience
