  • Provide administrative support to the HR department
  • Schedule and coordinate pre-employment physicals and drug screens for new hires
  • Process new hires
  • Assist with new hire orientations/I-9s
  • Process new temps through HUB Recruiting
  • Print employee badges and T-Cards
  • Gather and scan employee files into our data base
  • Maintain and update electronic personnel files
  • Process terminations
  • Work with Payroll and/or Employees on payroll issues
  • Assist with Day Pay and Bonus reports and processing for field personnel
  • Maintain filing of payroll and day pay/bonus reports
  • Code and submit invoices
  • Run hours reports for P&Ls
  • Run monthly hours report for HSE
  • Run end of month headcount reports for various departments
  • Handle entering, approving and signing off for NOV Time, weekly
  • Oversee onsite random testing
  • Update Federal/State posters at the manufacturing facility
  • Compliance to Company policy/procedures
  • Strict adherence to confidentiality
