Responsibilities

  • Responsible for all phases of hourly recruitment, including temporary employees.
  • Responsible for New Employee Human Resources Orientation.
  • Address and resolve employee relation matters to ensure a timely resolution of HR actions/decision.
  • Ensure communication between the HR and other departments is timely and complete.
  • Coordination and management of hourly Performance appraisals.
  • Administration of all new hires in the HRIS and Time and Attendance System.
  • Development and maintenance of selected Policies and Procedures.
  • Maintains Employee Data base and employee filing system.
  • Maintains all Communication Boards (Traditional/Electronic).
  • Other Duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to the Collective Bargaining Agreement at all times, with the goal and intent to avoid grievance(s) being filed against the Company.
  • Achieve departmental KOI's as set by the Department Manager.
  • Follow all guidelines in accordance with the latest revision ISO-14001, ISO9000, IATF 16949, Customer Specific Requirements.
