As a Mechanical System Engineer, he/ she will play a key role in the development and implementation of mechanical system concepts and designs, while ensuring alignment with project objectives&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Your Responsibilities&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Evaluate technical customer and stakeholder requirements for geometrical integration topics based on section cuts, 3D PDFs and benchmark photos.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Define the mechanical system concept and architecture of products in alignment with the System Architect, product line, subsystems, and building blocks.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Set up the schematics for standard mechanic architecture for Hybrid and Electric based on e.g. section cuts, CAD data and presentations.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Allocate and break down mechanical system requirements to Sub Project (SP) and Building Block (BB) levels, considering non-functional, interface, and design topics.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Balance competing attributes to meet mechanical system requirements, such as package, interfaces, weight targets, Center of Gravity (CoG), and materials.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Assist in design reviews and meet design freeze deadlines.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ensure the plausibility and completeness of the System Bill of Materials (BOM).&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Participate in change management meetings and evaluate changes that may impact the mechanical system.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Initiate the development of mechanical serviceability concepts, standard Assembly process with future products.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Who We Are Looking For&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;ul&gt;&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of gearboxes and electric drives.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Proficiency in CAD software and 3D modeling.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Basic knowledge of CATIA V5 Software and PLM.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Knowledge of geometrical integration principles and best practices.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.&lt;/li&gt;&lt;li&gt;Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;&lt;/li&gt;&lt;/ul&gt;If you are a motivated engineer with a passion for mechanical systems and their integration, we encourage you to apply for this position.
