  • Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including pre-hire employee communication for global employees
  • Address routine employee concerns and inquiries, escalating more complex employee relations cases to the Senior HR Manager
  • Assist in the development and communication of HR policies and procedures
  • Oversee office day bookings, coordinate employee events and engagement activities to foster a positive work environment
  • Provide administrative support as needed
