Responsibilities

  • Provide HR consultative leadership and coaching to managers and employees on human resources-related matters within the R&D, Regulatory, Medical/Scientific Affairs, and Quality functions in Transfusion Medicine.

  • Interpret policies, apply procedures and offer HR initiatives in response to identified trends and patterns in functional areas while maintaining organizational perspective and consistency in alignment with HR leadership.

  • Identify development and leadership opportunities and facilitate training sessions as needed to ensure the skills and capabilities of the team are aligned with the evolution of the business.
  • Lead projects that support effective succession planning, headcount management, organization design and effectiveness, and development.
  • Champion HR Excellence to drive continuous improvement in metrics and delivery of HR support.
  • Prioritize critical projects based on business need and available resources. Develop proposals and recommendation to resolve new, complex, or strategically important issues.
