Responsibilities

  • As an IG/IE HR Manager - HRBP, you’ll partner to develop and implement the strategy for our IG/IE clients by providing leadership and expertise for the full scope of Human Resources functions.
  • Working closely with the senior leadership teams in your business groups, you’ll deliver strategic solutions and expertise in all aspects of Organizational Design, Performance Management, Total Rewards, Change Management, Talent Development, and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion.
  • You will play a critical role in consulting and coaching internal clients on people management and succession planning based on organizational goals and objectives.
  • You will partner with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to elevate the associate experience, develop the talent of the future, and strengthen our organizational excellence.
