Responsibilities

  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to attract, hire, and on-board new team members.
  • Create and maintain relationships with staffing companies and third-party vendors to hire seasonal/temporary staff.
  • Handle all associate relations matters and complaints, including conducting investigations and complaint resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
  • Participate in internal auditing and the maintenance and safeguarding of associate files.
  • Act as a connector between the location and our enterprise HR team, advocating and educating for consistent and best practice policies and practices and sharing insights and knowledge unique to the location.
  • With operations leadership, set effective workforce management plan to ensure each event is properly staffed.
