Responsibilities

  • Implement and execute human resource strategies that will help your business customers to achieve their Growth and Sustainability objectives within the Country or Region.
  • Enforce company policies that support a high-performance culture and a positive working environment. Oversee the Business HR budget, ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources.
  • Manage and Drive performance Impact Conversation across all the businesses in India which supports the PW Leadership Operating model and support embedding the RTX Leadership Behaviors as part of our CORE Culture. Provide coaching and development support to managers and employees. Identify and coordinate advanced training and professional development programs.
  • Driving organizational transformation/improvement priorities as part of the Talent Management strategy in the Country for all businesses
  • Model Employee Advocacy behavior and serves as a trusted advisor to front, mid-level leaders and employees
  • Ability to synthesize data and information into actionable plans and effectively communicate/dialogue with leaders to facilitate their buy-in Talent Management and Talent engagement activities
  • Daily work may be a blend of tactical vs. strategic work in support of the business
  • Navigate a complex, dynamic, matrix work environment with HR partners in US; Canada and APAC
  • Proactively engage and communicate with stakeholders to ensure practices are compliant to Country /State law requirements and policies.
