Requirements

  • Experience in handling employee relations issues and partnering with Employee Relations/Labor Relations when necessary
  • Experience leading HR related programs such as Compensation, Performance Management, and Succession planning

Responsibilities

  • Model Employee Advocacy behavior and serve as a trusted advisor to front, mid-level and senior leaders and employees
  • Act as a key HR focal point in support of our Product Support Organization a collaborative Sustainment partner providing tailored lifecycle solutions to RTX programs and OEMs that maximize value and achieve optimum operational readiness
  • Support critical HR processes, including compensation, talent development, performance management and talent acquisition for a global workforce of ~ 2,000 employees located in 55+ locations across the globe
  • Collaborate amongst other HR organizations such as Employee Relations (ER), Organizational Effectiveness (OE), Total Rewards and Talent Development (TD) to achieve business and talent objectives
  • Model consistent application of Raytheon HR policies to mitigate risk and ensure equitable solutions
  • Support Talent Management strategies to include workforce planning, succession planning, knowledge transfer and high-potential development
  • Communicate and implement proactive strategies pertaining to employee relations, training, leadership development, employee communications, and diversity & inclusion in support of strategic objectives
  • Investigate and resolve Employee Relations issues and complaints and Ethics-related case investigations
  • Focus on maintaining a positive employee relations environment and culture
