  • As a passionate People Operations Partner to our Lines of Business in the US West Region, you’ll leverage your people skills to help leaders and Jacobs professionals discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward.
  • As the People Operations Partner, you will work in a dynamic environment with multiple time-sensitive priorities.
  • You will partner with Jacobs’ Centers of Excellence stakeholders and business leadership in a defined geography to align talent strategies and oversee implementation of comprehensive initiatives, action plans and processes to improve critical organizational performance.

  • In partnership with business leaders, you will advise and coach on key people-related initiatives including workforce planning and talent acquisition/mobility, compensation, change management, retention, engagement, employee relations and legal challenges.

  • Additionally, your attention to detail will help you impact leadership decisions and proactively identify organization issues through reporting and metrics.
