Responsibilities

  • Service Delivery: Align with the service model and ensure adherence to the knowledge management and service delivery governance framework to provide an excellent colleague experience
  • Process Management & Governance: Establish the framework for process management within People Services Region Americas, capturing and managing requirements from internal, external, and global stakeholders
  • Process Design & Implementation: Support the design, documentation, and implementation of streamlined, compliant, and user-friendly processes. Coordinate workshops to identify gaps, risks, roles, responsibilities, and opportunities for data-driven improvement
  • Tech Integration & Continuous Improvement: Gather requirements for tech improvements, engage stakeholders to add them to the tech roadmap, and actively participate in implementing enhancements. Establish procedures to assess and prioritize continuous improvement ideas
  • Knowledge Management & Training: Implement knowledge management standards, templates, and tools to enhance service quality. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure training and knowledge activities support correct process understanding and execution
  • Communication: Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, including People Services Managers, to set and execute comprehensive communication plans for new or improved processes and services, ensuring the use of appropriate channels and audience targeting in an efficient, value-driven, and engaging manner
  • Change and Engagement: Actively drive and communicate process change initiatives, adapting to employee and business needs while fostering a culture of engagement
  • Security Compliance: Partner with security, privacy and people relations teams to ensure that colleague technology solutions adhere to security standards and compliance requirements, safeguarding sensitive information and maintaining data privacy
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead process change initiatives aimed at continuously improving colleague experience and administrative efficiency by gathering feedback, identifying enhancement areas, and overseeing implementation
  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with global product teams to prioritize Region needs across the Business Tech portfolio and take end-to-end responsibility for local adaptations of global products & Process if applicable
