Responsibilities

  • Develop effective communication strategies based on various Quest employee personas; update strategies as needed based on engagement feedback and analytics
  • Develop, prepare, and send employee communications related to HRSC initiatives and processes within the HRSC
  • Oversee the communications components of the HR Service Center Continuity of Business (COB) Plan. Maintain Everbridge HRSC employee data and execute Everbridge testing and execution during emergency events
  • Collaborate on communications initiatives with the HR Service Center (HRSC) staff and leadership, HR Business Partners (HRBPs), Centers of Excellence (COEs), and Corporate Communications on HR-related communications
  • Participate in special projects as needed
  • Provide input into the HR Portal strategy, managing the maintenance, governance, growth, branding, and design of the HR Portal as the primary source of truth for HR related information
  • Collaborate and consult with HR Portal content owners to ensure content and design maximizes employee understanding and satisfaction
  • Recommend portal design and content changes as needed
  • Proactively drive customer experience through strategic content decisions driven by analytics, cyclical events, HR stakeholders, service desk requests, and other opportunities
  • Basic experience with web technologies including HTML, instructional design, and site architecture
