Responsibilities

  • The HR Solutions Partner 2 supports the human resources function in the implementation and execution of effective human resource policies and practices which help the assigned client group achieve their business results.
  • The HR Solutions Partner 2 work assignments are varied and frequently require interpretation and independent determination of the appropriate courses of action.
  • The HR Solutions Partner 2 provides expertise through HR consulting and coaching including working with business leaders to solve significant people issues, provides expertise in technical and regulatory aspects of employment including hiring, contingent labor including, policy, process & practices, administration, performance management, workforce reductions, etc.
  • Works across multiple Human Resources sub-families including: Compensation, Benefits, Strategic Human Resources, Mergers & Acquisition, HR program/policy development, administration, compliance, employee hiring, onboarding, training, termination, records maintenance, employee and labor relations and communications.
  • Understands department, segment, and organizational strategy and operating objectives, including their linkages to related areas.
  • Makes decisions regarding own work methods, occasionally in ambiguous situations, and requires minimal direction and receives guidance where needed.
  • Follows established guidelines/procedures.
