A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Leadership, or a related field is required, along with a minimum of 3 years of progressive HR and/or learning and development experience. Knowledge of Honda Learning Systems, such as SABA/HLC, is also preferred.

Yes, travel is required, but it is generally less than 10% as needed.
