  • Coordinate, ensure facilitation & training delivery of various training content across HDMA. Implement company required training for career levels 2 - 6.
  • Support evaluation of individual and organizational development needs.
  • Advise and support customer in business decision analysis related to associate development. Develop and implement countermeasures for improvement.
  • Lead facilitation process for indirect new hire orientation. Support production associate new hire orientation as needed.
  • Establish & maintain company direction for onboarding best practices.
  • Benchmark best practice learning methods and implement across HDMA to help create and sustain a learning culture.
  • Lead and/or assist with projects and activities as assigned by HR for HDMA, support AHM.
  • Lead or support pairing & delivery of mentorship programs.
  • Establish and maintain class management processes, inventory & supplies.
  • Manage cost, invoices for training budget as needed.
  • Support measurement, tracking and reporting of training effectiveness.
