What are the main responsibilities of the Human Resource Associate?
The main responsibilities include onboarding new hires, entering and auditing employee data in Workday, collecting and auditing Form I-9s, updating content in SharePoint, gathering required documentation and completing unemployment claims, filing and other administrative tasks, offboarding separating employees, and additional projects as assigned.
What qualifications are required for this position?
Required qualifications include a High School Diploma or equivalent, a minimum of one year of experience in a Human Resources support position, knowledge of standard HR practices, strong communication and social skills, and excellent MS Office skills.
Are there preferred qualifications for this job?
Yes, preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree and/or HR Certification, and previous experience with Workday and SharePoint.
